1. About these terms

These terms apply when you download, try or buy Eloksen, a dictation app for macOS. By using or buying Eloksen, you agree to them. Eloksen is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, so their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Free trial

You can use every feature free for 7 days, with no card and no account. When the trial ends, dictation stops until you buy. Your settings, dictionary and progress stay on your Mac.

3. Your license

• Buying Eloksen gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it, paid once. There's no subscription.
• One license key works on up to 2 Macs at a time. To move it to another Mac, turn it off on one first (Settings → License).
• Updates we release for Eloksen are included. We don't promise any particular future feature or how long we'll keep making updates.
• Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

4. All sales are final

Because you can try every feature free for 7 days before paying, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law where you live requires one. If you're charged more than once for the same order by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.

5. Lost license key

Your key is in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy. If you can't find it, email eloksensupport@gmail.com from the address you bought with and we'll help.

6. Requirements

Eloksen needs a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 26 or later, and works in English for now. Please check this with the free trial before buying.

7. Other software

Eloksen includes open-source software and a speech model made by others, each under its own license. The details are in the app.

8. No warranty

Eloksen is provided "as is". Dictation can make mistakes, so please check important text before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about Eloksen, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Eloksen.

9. Ending your license

If you break these terms, your license may end. You can stop using Eloksen at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
